WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON:

  • Annuals, Tropicals, and Seasonal Plants
  • Cut or Opened Merchandise
  • Items Damaged from Misuse
  • Sanitary Items
  • Services
  • Special Orders
  • Non-sealed Chemicals
  • Custom Arrangements and Home Décor
    (7 day return policy with the original tag intact.)
  • Clearance Merchandise – All clearance items are final sale, non-refundable.

RETURNS FOR ONLINE ORDERS

Alsip processes returns within 1-2 business days. Once the refund has been issued it may take several day days for funds to arrive back to your account as detailed below:


Shipped Orders: Call the Alsip Home & Nursery location in which your order was placed to begin the return process.

  • If Items Arrive Broken: Once the return is approved, a return shipping label will be emailed out to the customer.  The transaction will be refunded upon package arrival to the store.
  • If Change of Heart: The customer will be responsible to ship the package back, once approved. The transaction will be refunded upon package arrival to the store.

Paid by Credit or Debit: For purchases made using your credit or debit card directly through our shop.alsipnursery.com site, please give 5-10 business days for funds to arrive on your account.
